Shipping and Returns
We accept cancelations (custom orders not included). You can cancel your order within 24 hours after your purchase, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. After 24 hours, if the purchase is already delivered please read below the refund policy.
The average processing time for orders is 1-2 days.
Within Greece: Shipments within Greece are made with APOST with a delivery time of 1-2 days and an average cost of 3Є, for orders over 50 euros there are NO shipping costs. We provide you with a tracking number to track your order anytime.
If you live in Athens we will be happy to meet you if you want to pick up your order from our showroom, "The Right Pace" (Plateia Aggelou Sikelianou 1, Ilioupoli, 163-45). Note that you have to contact us before closing an appointment at 697 877 49 75 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Outside Greece: Outside Greece, shipments are made with our National Post, ELTA, with a 3-6 days delivery time in Europe and 7-10 internationally. We provide you with a tracking number to track your order anytime. Please keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. The final shipping charge will appear before the purchase is completed.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, transfers from Elta to your local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
All products are packed in a special protective package in order to receive them in excellent condition. Helium Project is responsible for each purchase from the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. The client is required to check their packages carefully upon delivery so that they can register any reserves as required, with the carrier. In case your parcel doesn’t show any external damages but you are still facing problems with your recent order, you can contact our customer service at: email@example.com
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at +30 6978774975 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label andinstructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that order shipping costs and import fees are non-refundable.
